St’át’imc Guidelines

  1. Priority: High School Students
    • The grad list is in correspondence with the Lillooet School District 74 grad list.
    • Committee takes direction from students
    • Post Secondary are welcome to register by the given deadline
  2. Fundraisers are Committee driven.
    • There will always be a member of the committee present at each fundraiser
    • We request that private fundraisers NOT use the St’át’imc Grad name or logo as it does not contribute to the St’át’imc Grad as a whole.
    • The committee is not responsible for picking up or delivering of raffle tickets or items. However, a committee member may set up a time, date and designated place for pick up.
  3. Transparency – discussion in meetings
    • Budget, expenses and contributions will be shared and posted.
    • Minutes will be shared and posted
    • Students and Participants chart will be shared in meetings only.

Note: St’át’imc Grad Celebration is scheduled for the last Saturday of June every year.
